What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we receive the details you enter: your name and phone number, and optionally your email address, event type, preferred date, destination or venue, guest numbers, approximate budget, the services you are interested in and your message. We also note which page the enquiry came from.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and discuss your celebration. Enquiries are emailed to our team and a copy is kept in our website dashboard so that no enquiry is lost if email fails. We do not sell your details or use them for unrelated marketing.
If you choose a WhatsApp button, WhatsApp opens with a message you can review before sending. Messages you send there are handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy.
Cookies and third parties
This website’s theme does not add analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and its fonts are hosted on this website. Links to Instagram, Pinterest, Google Maps and venue websites take you to those services, which have their own policies.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details only for as long as we need them to reply to you and plan your celebration. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months of our last contact. You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent.

This website is hosted by a third-party web hosting provider, which stores the website and its data on our behalf.
